We know that medical expenses are always a headache, so we are excited to share some good news on the health care front for children and adults with MPS II!
A charitable foundation, the Assistance Fund, added Hunter Syndrome to its list of covered diseases and established the Hunter Syndrome Financial Assistance Program. The foundation and the new program provide financial assistance to patients and families facing high medical out-of-pocket costs. The funds go to support copayments, coinsurance, deductibles and other health-related expenses for children and adults with MPS II.
Please visit the Assistance Fund’s website or call (844) 294-6405 for more information or to determine eligibility.
