The race will take place at Lake Crabtree County Park in Raleigh, NC.
It is just like any other 5K, except there is no official race location. You get to choose where, with whom, and even how you want to complete the 5K. By participating virtually, you can run the 5K at any time leading up to March 25th. It can even be done in increments, keep track of your distance until you hit the 5K.
Families can submit a picture of a loved one with MPS or ML for the family walk, email tracy@mpssociety.org
This event is open to individuals of all ages and abilities. Once you register, either as an individual or as part of a team, you are set. We would love to see the posts of pictures participants on their 5K route. This is completely optional – but since our goal is to bring awareness to MPS and ML, we want to do just that. And by using #MPSAwareness on your social media posts, we will be able to keep up with the fun.
