Napa Race for a Cure 5K and 1-Mile Walk

Lace up and make every step count on Sunday, April 26, 2026, as the National MPS Society hosts its annual Napa Race for a Cure in support of families living with MPS and ML.

Did you know that 1 in 10 Americans lives with a rare disease—and fewer than 5% have an FDA-approved therapy? Together, we can change that. This powerful event raises funds and awareness to drive research, support families, and bring hope to those affected by conditions that often have no approved treatments.  Every stride brings us closer to better treatments, brighter futures, and more birthdays for children who deserve them all.
