Was diagnosed MPS I through as a newborn. Did follow up and got confirmation. However did another follow up and levels were normal. Father carries MPS I gene and mother has unknown variant (VUS). Decided not to pursue treatment as no symptoms of MPS have shown. Have done other labs and tests and so far all organs and other systems are functioning normally. GAGs are still a little high but barely.
