Helen Kirch

Helen Kirch is from La Crosse, Wisconsin. Her younger sister, Allison, was affected with MPS III A (Sanfilippo Syndrome) and passed away in 2012 when she was 17 years old. Helen and her family have been involved with the MPS Society since Allison’s diagnosis. She has enjoyed meeting other siblings for many years and has helped lead several sibling breakout sessions at MPS Conferences. Helen graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2015 with a degree in Journalism. She currently lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota and works in marketing. Helen is looking forward to connecting with other siblings affected by MPS through the Sibling Resource Committee.
