About our new members
Jason Madison is a graphic designer and marketer and has MPS II. He lives in Washington. “My vision for the National MPS Society is for it to be an increasingly helpful and effective source of advocacy, information and support for newly diagnosed patients and their families, as well as for the increasing number of adults with MPS and related disorders. I also want to see the National MPS Society be a leader and a driving energy in unifying the efforts and support of the international MPS community for our common goals.”
Christine Tippett is a project manager and consultant and is a mom to Cooper, 4, with MPS IV. She lives in Colorado. “The MPS Society is a resource for families dealing with MPS – a network of people who have ‘been there, done that,’ experts in MPS and a shoulder a to cry on. But I also see the MPS Society as a leader in assisting in the development of treatments and cures. No one cares as much as we do, so we need to be the catalyst behind legislation, research and public awareness.”
