24th Annual National MPS Society Conference

The National MPS Society invites you to attend the 24th Annual Family Conference. The conference will be held at Knott’s Berry Farm Resort Hotel in southern California. The meeting begins Thursday evening with dinner and syndrome breakout sessions. On Friday morning and Saturday the latest medical knowledge, research updates and potential therapies will be presented along with smaller workshops on specific topics. The conference concludes with our gala Awards Banquet.

As always, there is no registration fee for individuals with MPS and related diseases, and complimentary childcare will be provided Thursday evening for the syndrome breakout sessions and for the educational sessions Friday morning and all day Saturday. Complimentary tickets to Knott’s Berry Farm Theme Park are offered to Society’s member families. In addition to the many activities available at Knott’s Berry Farm and Knott’s Soak City, Disneyland Park and California Adventure, Buena Park Shopping Mall and Medieval Times are minutes away.

The National MPS Society invites you to attend the inaugural conference for adults with MPS and related diseases “Finding our SPIRIT”. Keynote presentations and discussions will focus on immediate plans, life goals, independence, and the means to achieve all. The meeting facilitators for Thursday’s discussions are experts in the areas of life coaching and disabilities.

The conference opens 5:00pm Wednesday, September 29 with registration at Knott’s Berry Farm Resort Hotel. The group will leave by bus at 6:00pm to Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament for an evening of fun and feasting in the 11^th Century.
