Hello Event Coordinators! Whether you are hosting a Walk/Run or a Special Event, this page is created to help you access fundraising forms and tools that will make your event planning more successful.
If you need a word document version for the files listed below, please contact Terri Klein at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 919.806.0101 and these files will be emailed to you. Our goal is to help make your event easier to manage!
First, make sure you complete the Fundraising Event Checklist and send back to Terri at email@example.com or fax to 919.806.2055. You may also fill out this form online by visiting: Online Applications and logging in and click Fundraising Walk/Run and Event Checklist. After you spend a few minutes to fill out this form, it will automatically be sent to our office.
Second, for Walk/Run Coordinators, please read the first form listed below, Welcome Recruits, and also return this to the Society.
We are here to help you! When you are ready to have your event go live on the website, create a social media buzz and accept online registrations call or send an email! Thank you in advance for all your efforts at helping the National MPS Society raise funds for research and family support programs.
